About Our Practice

AdventHealth Medical Group Pediatrics at Apopka accepts new patients ages birth to 18 years old, and cares for existing patients until 21 years old. Our practice is led by Dr. Majda Behani, who is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care for children. “Dr. B,” as she is known by her patients, has a special interest in obesity care and management. As part of the AdventHealth for Children network, families can rest assured they have access to a comprehensive network of world-class pediatric care.

Meet **Dr. Behani**

Majda Behani, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Behani is experienced in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She received her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. After medical school, Dr. Behani completed her residency in pediatrics at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in Bronx, NY.
